I mean every MH Game tries to mix up combat to some degree so saying Focus Mode "takes away from combat" is no diffrent to peoples mixed reactions to Wirebugs, Underwater, etc.
Its not gonna stay forever like some doomers think it will its just this game's "thing".

Instead of asking whether or not we like focus mode, I want to know this: Do you think the inclusion of Focus Mode makes Monster Hunter feel more unique compared to other games? Or does it detract from Monster Hunter’s unique gameplay?

After playing it for a decent bit, the latest MKW update reaaally does feel like the biggest one yet. The item balancing has been drastically improved and honestly it feels like bagging just isn’t viable 90% of the time now. This has honestly made the game even more fun.

The ‘bro she’s not gonna sleep with you’ comments men say to each other every time they see a man agreeing with a woman online are one of the reddest red flags you can find.
