@nahkampf45 Interesting. Sometime ago, I randomly stumbled across that book on Z-Library while searching for unrelated research papers.

An icon of St. Catherine of Alexandria. This is one of the few Orthodox icons (or Christian art in general) to feature an owl; the others are creation icons or paintings of Francis of Assisi. In this icon, the little owl serves as a classic Greek symbol of wisdom.

@nahkampf45 A couple of years ago, a bunch of my mutuals ended up on a list of supposed O9A affiliates. Funny enough, a woman (not Bx) compiled it, and the names on the list didn't make any sense. The whole thing ended up tearing apart one of the main GCs I was in at the time.

The (Black) Prison Rapist is such a fascinating part of American folklore: a boogeyman to frighten kids, but also a figure of justice who punishes the enemies of society. It also satisfies their (white people's) deep-seated desire for (racial) sexual violence.

The “paranormal community” like the WNoid one asks members to take on a lot of extraneous bullshit. “What do you think about aliens?” “Idk I’m here to talk about my Bigfoot folklore project.” “What do you think about the moon landing?” “Idk I’m here for the White race.”

Who up howling their owl

Out of the current 22 species of owls in the genus Strix, only three have clearly yellow to orange-yellow eyes: the Great Grey Owl, the Omani Owl, and the Desert Owl. Great Grey Owls have the brightest yellow eyes, while the eyes of Omani and Desert Owls are more muted in color.
