Had my final live AB’s on Friday and went great. Faced 6 batters with 1 K and 1 walk with a ton of soft contact. Thankful for all the help from @mbain_38 and @steven_talbertt these past 6 months getting me ready and prepared for tryouts! @Coach_Benner @CoachNahty @TuckerWaddups

One of the cooler stories of our HS off-season ⬇️ @NateMulligan4 came to @3PD_Performance last July as a rising senior determined to earn a chance to play college baseball. He was throwing 66-68 and was well underweight and under-trained in the weight room. Despite his inexperience with the private sector, Nate immediately became one of our most consistent, hardest workers. We open our gym to guys 5-days a week - it was rare to see him less than that. Building a foundation for a good, healthy thrower became the immediate goal. Retooling the lower half, remapping the arm path, and dominating the weight-room for 9 straight months brought tons of progress for Mully, with the fastball now sitting 76-77 📈📈 Universally loved by our coaches and athletes, Nate earned every bit of his opportunity to play college baseball with @baseball_oaks - Incredibly proud of him as this is just the start 👊 Coach: @steven_talbertt

Lastly, Xan Scheinfield (@Xan_Scheinfield) has taken some very big strides in the 2025-26 Off-Season. Coming into the fall, Xan featured a heater that was 87-88 and may show a 90 on occasion. Adjustments to his posture, his constant effort to clean up his body composition, and his consistency day-in and day-out have made Xan one of the more interesting arms in the state for the 2026 season as he now has the heater sitting 91-93.5 🔥🔥🔥 The fastball is a whiffle-ball, the split comes in around the zero line, and the breaking ball is SHARP - A LHH Nightmare 🌪️ A really good addition to the @MSUBaseball recruiting class and an arm to follow when July rolls around 👀 FB: 91-92 (T 93.5 In-House) SPL: 84-86 SL: 82-85

Mason Pilotto (@MasonPilotto) set a PR (93.2🔥) for himself while also showcasing why he’s one of, if not the best arm the 2028 class has to feature 🔥 Mature for his age, Mason loves the process and it shows. Over the past couple months, the focus has become less about the FB velo and more about the comfortability, execution, and ability to throw the breaking ball hard. The command has only progressed with. In January, Mason was sitting 72-75 with the CB. While it had a good shape and he showed ability to command both ahead and behind in counts, this pitch at 2-5 would likely fail to scale. March: 75-78 maintaining shape and command 👀📈 August 1st of 2026 is going to be busy for Mason, but that is likely just the start.

Ryder Concannon (@ConcannonRyder) posted the highest velocity of any arm to throw yesterday, coming in at 95.5 🔥🔥🔥 All the more impressive, he’s got still got a year left until he heads to @WVUBaseball 👀👀 He’ll be on ‘27 draft boards as he features a pretty complete arsenal including an elite changeup that scales, a true death ball, and a cutter that’s only improving. Jackson Gilbert (@Jacksonjj1717) remains uncommitted as a 2026 HS Grad despite featuring some pretty unique traits and a 4.2 GPA While he features a fastball he can lift 25” and spin 2700+ along with a slider that’s only been coming out harder throughout the winter, the biggest thing for Jackson has been developing the ability to consistently attack hitters. He’s dominated our live AB’s, the @3PD_Performance Pro Day, and the @ScoutConnectBB Pro Day. Showing the confidence to attack with the entire arsenal, Jackson is going to be an incredibly uncomfortable AB. All signs point to Jackson having a breakout campaign in 2026.
