One of SAY's flagship programmes is 'Construkt', a construction sector focused employability programme for young people that takes them through the life-cycle of a construction project.

In 2010 he founded youth-focused social enterprise, Serious About Youth (SAY), with close friend Paul Matthews, which enhances the employability and life skills of young people from BAME and disadvantaged backgrounds to support them into positive outcomes.
