If you ever feel useless, just remember @DTDCIndia exists. The first time my order came through them, they delivered it to the wrong person without calling me. I had to raise a ticket and wait 2 extra days. I let it go because mistakes happen. But now, another order is stuck. They delivered it to the wrong person again on the 28th and still haven't given it to me. Yesterday I was told it was out for delivery which never happened. Tlamd for the other delivery I got a call claiming the delivery guy tried to call me and I didn't pick up which is a flat out lie. They promised it would be delivered today, but I just woke up to an email asking for a detailed address! What more do you want, @DTDCIndia? Do I need to send my live location? Every other delivery company finds my address perfectly. Your drivers can't even be bothered to call for directions or confirm they are handing the package to the right person. Cool it's now arriving on 5th April if that's not another lie saying customer was not available i was home no one came no calls nothing where do you want me to be available get your shit together @DTDCIndia
