No, a flush had no actual effect on the plant other than removing excess sodium from the medium.
As far as heavy metals, it's only a problem to state mandated testing. Not a high enough concentration in the flower to really matter.
The heavy metals are usually pulled up into the stalks and leaves not as much in the flowers.
