And Kings House a museum for our greatest national moments of aspiration, letters, awards, photos and paintings. 1) Give pedestrians and city residents a place to escape daily noise and chaos. 2) Give pedestrians a way to walk from HWT to Liguanea without needing a taxi/bus in traffic. 3) Give Kingstonians a safe quiet place to gather or get some peace and quiet. No stores. No stalls. No restaurants. No barrier to entry, except clothes and shoes. No sport facility. No permanent stage. Just park benches and a wide path for all.
