(checks date in the US before posting) Introducing - Rain Shell Covers - for trainers that are not… waterproof. I love my pair of On Cloud shoes - they’re incredibly breathable, which makes them cool and comfortable to walk in. The trade-off is that they’re not waterproof. After getting caught in the rain a few times, I figured I needed a simple solution. While waterproof shoes are an option, many I’ve tried feel bulky due to the materials needed to keep water out. I don’t spend enough time walking in the rain to justify that trade-off, and I prefer the ventilation of regular trainers for everyday use. So these are designed for those unexpected moments. They fold down small enough to slip into a pocket or bag, so you can carry them without thinking about it. When the rain hits, you just slip them over your trainers. They’re made from a lightweight, water-resistant shell material that shields the upper part of your shoe - the area most exposed to rain. That’s also where water-repellent sprays tend to struggle, especially on breathable mesh fabrics. They’re not meant to make your shoes fully waterproof - just to keep the worst of the rain out and buy you time until you get somewhere dry. These will be released under the cheesy brand Danny Choo, and yes - technically they’re classified as footwear.

Hey Folks! We’ve decided on the official name for the white skin tone in Smart Doll Land - Porcelain White. The name is inspired by traditional Chinese porcelain. China was the first to develop true porcelain, with early forms emerging during the Eastern Han dynasty, later refined through the Tang, Song, Yuan, and Ming periods. It’s made from kaolin clay and fired at very high temperatures, which gives it that distinctive look - pure white, slightly translucent, and incredibly smooth. That material quality is what we wanted to capture with this tone - not just “white,” but something that reflects the smooth, slightly translucent qualities of porcelain. For the styling, we paired it with a cool-toned blue palette inspired by cobalt pigment - the same mineral used in classic blue-and-white porcelain. In Chinese, this style is known as 青花 (Qinghua), which refers to the blue decorative patterns created using cobalt under a clear glaze. Rather than applying literal patterns, we focused on expressing the feeling of Qinghua - soft diffusion, subtle variation, and depth in the tones. This Qinghua version of Legion will be available soon for pre-order. @666Render666 @allforrafayel_ I wasn't sure! I've always looked at 1:4 dolls because 1:3 looked a bit daunting, I knew the tail was anatomically correct for a person that size, I was just shocked at the size of the torso/bust!

@SmartdollLand G07 but for me I feel like the G16 nose is too high up and im not a fan of detailed/long/deep philtrums irl so it is off putting to me. But her fuller lips do look good. I do think G16 is cute but I wouldnt want her to replace the G07 completely

Instead of moving forward with the G12 sculpt, we decided to take the time to refine it further. The result is G16 - featuring more defined lips and a slightly higher nose bridge. These are subtle adjustments, but they bring better cohesion between the eyes, nose and mouth, creating a more balanced overall expression. In the comparison photos, both dolls feature the same Legion design. On the left is G07 with the emerald wig, and on the right is G16 with the blue metal wig. The differences are nuanced, yet the overall vibe feels quite distinct. Which version of Legion do you prefer - G07 or the new G16? #smartdoll
