Utterly shocked & devastated. Diogo was not just an exceptional footballer, he was a truly decent & down to earth person. He epitomised what that team became, tenacious, passionate, talented beyond belief but also humble & hugely likeable.

Pretty sure in one of the pre season press conferences that GoN said we need to be adaptable in our formations throughout the season. That’s what makes the comments in @JPercyTelegraph article last week even more 🤯..

@CraigSpillard @Amblecotewolf Did or didn’t? Blame lies with the recruitment plan if they thought they could rely on one formation for the whole season. Particularly teams at the lower end, who won’t dictate play. They need to be adaptable.
