Today my colleagues and I went for a walk-and-talk and got 3500 steps in at lunchtime! The cadets from @874SherborneSQN did some physical activity, then a 20 minute guided mindfulness session, both being great for your wellbeing! @RAFAC_MHealth @mentalhealth @ComdtAC

It is with a heavy heart I share CWO Chris Law, @2324Chigwell, unfortunately died this weekend following a road traffic accident. All of us in @LondonAirCadets will miss him. Chris was an excellent cadet, competition marksman, leader, and friend to many. Blue Skies CWO. RIP
