i went to therapy for my neck pain today-- i know in the long run it will help,but right now it hurts like hell!

kinda a depressing day today! Tomorrow looks to be much brighter!

so sad the taco bell dog died but happy the owner said she had a great life!

i want to gather more peace in my life and spend more time with my children and grandson!
