Who will teach them?
In Eastern countries it's more accepted for men to be beautiful, the use of male up by man is perceived as something positive and that earns them positive attention, the opposite is true in the West, a boy using make up there will be perceived as a degenerate

@Femboyscookies hu yetao isn't wearing any makeup in the second pic. They don't even *have* to wear makeup if they don't want to but so many of these guys straight up don't bother trying to research fashion and selfcare (both hair and skincare) despite the entry level being at an all time low
