@Cymru_Et_Canada for my disordered eating generally and in times getting on/coming off meds things like baby carrots, watermelon, cucumbers. Ensure (protein shake) and trying to get any more calories/fats where I can—heavy whipping cream in coffee; extra butter on a piece of toast
