@glassworld___ That's the bad part of the everything protein rush, basically non-protein foods will claim they have protein in it because technically, law wise, you only need 10-20% of it to be protein, so if it's 200kcals you only need 20-40 of those calories to be from protein (5-10gr)

the calories to protein ratio is so bad on this one idk how they call it protein bar😭 a quest bar is only 40 cals more and has much more protein in it

@quixotic_20 And eat as soon as my parents weren't around/were asleep, I got shamed a lot for my weight, when I was 12 I got into restriction, later on I developed b/p, so basically I don't remember a time where I was normal around food

@quixotic_20 As a child I was often locked home and didn't go out much, so I used to eat out of boredom (really I didn't care about food tbh, it was the only activity I had), I got chubby and I was put through multiple diets and that's when I developed BED as I would percieve food scarcity
