A few new faces around here so let me reintroduce myself!
I’m Ellie, I’m a @Cambridge_Uni Mathematics Masters Graduate who loves sharing the beauty of mathematics and STEM.
I started my career in the space industry as a Space Systems Optimisation Engineer and later an Astrodynamics Software Engineer.
I then moved to Machine Learning and worked as an Engineer. And I’m starting a new chapter very soon which I can’t wait to share more details about 😉
Throughout that time I’ve been an avid mathematics and science communicator from the UK, sharing content online (i’m on all platforms). I also engage audiences through talks, public speaking, and other STEM outreach.
I use this space to show that education is for all and that there lies SO much beauty in mathematics and STEM, and I hope to share that through my outreach ☺️

I jokingly asked my boss why he hired me and he said because they needed someone fashionable and sociable to bring to the company events to make people like the company more. I don’t do much work here, but they definitely make it mandatory that I’m at all the company events. Not mad at it all. I get to play dress up and flirt with a bunch of rich men.
