After deep reflection and wide consultations with family, friends, and trusted political associates, I have taken a decisive step, to offer myself for service as a candidate for the House of Representatives, Kaduna South Federal Constituency, under the platform of the ADC. Today marks the beginning of that journey. Together with my team, we commenced our grassroots consultations from my ward, Ward 8, before proceeding to Wards 6, 7, and 9, engaging directly with stakeholders, party executives, and community voices who remain the true custodians of our democracy. These engagements were not symbolic, they were sincere, honest, and necessary. We listened. We shared. And we aligned on a clear truth: Kaduna South deserves better. For too long, representation has fallen short of the expectations of our people. The gap between leadership and the everyday realities of our communities has widened and that must change. Our mission is clear but powerful: to restore purposeful representation, amplify the voices of our people, and deliver leadership driven by vision, accountability, and real impact. His Excellency @KwankwasoRM, PhD, FNSE, alongside His Excellency @peter, today, Sunday, (3rd May 2026), paid a visit to Sen. Henry Seriake Dickson the former Governor of Bayelsa State and founder of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) at his residence in Guzape, Abuja.

I prefer that Kwankwaso uses Peter Obi to become President in 2031. Than for Atiku to use Peter Obi to become President in 2027. In 2031, it will be rightful time for the North to produce the President.

Dr. Rabiu Kwankwaso is a Smart man. First, he galvanized his movement and contested alone, not because he thought he was going to win, he knew Kano alone could not have made him a President, but he wanted to send a message to the world that his movements has an organic capacity to chase bigger dreams. Today, he is now aligning himself with Southern critical stakeholders, not because he cares so much about who wins 2027, but because he knows that if tomorrow becomes tomorrow, he will be needing the support of the South in 2031 for his ambition. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso built two state universities, one of which was the first state-owned university in Northern Nigeria. Thousands of young people from poor backgrounds graduated from these institutions, and today they are employed and living better lives because of the opportunity they received. But what has Atiku Abubakar done? He established the American University of Nigeria, a school that an average poor person cannot afford. Despite that, Kwankwaso sponsored some underprivileged students to study there for free, and many of them are now working with the qualifications they obtained from that university. Some Northerners are being influenced to believe that Atiku is their solution. Yet, there is little to point to as a clear contribution from Atiku Abubakar that has directly improved the lives of ordinary people in the region. In the opinion of some, there is not much difference between Atiku and Bola Ahmed Tinubu, although this is a topic that often sparks intense political debate. I can give over a hundred examples like this where Kwankwaso has contributed more to the development of Northern Nigeria than Atiku.

There’s nothing like “only Atiku can….” All of them are on the ballots during 2023 election and Tinubu beat them all. Now OK alliance is stronger than Atiku going against tinubu alone.

Peter obi has resign from ADC and now we wait for Kwankwaso. Wherever Jagora go we will follow him. Ok movement is here to stay!
