Yesterday, the Judge should have dismissed the Bragg indictment for violating the NY Crim. Procedure Law, sec. 200.50 (4) & (7) (a) and the due process clause of the US Constitution by failing to apprise the defendant of the felony crime he is alleged to have violated. The incompetence it reveals is astonishing and should involve sanctions for prosecutorial abuse and dismissal with prejudice.
