Sunday outing in the Bristol Channel with the swim family & actual family (youngest). Great event from @AONE_Events distances on everyones’ Garmins varies between 9-12 Km but after about 7km my shoulders were complaining a bit. Nice way to tick off #WeActiveChallenge #AHPsActive
