The most frustrating thing about my platform is the presumption that my posts are MY OPINION when they are almost always LEGAL FACTS that are typically QUITE old. When i say a white citizen of a State is the only RACE that can access the 9th and 10th Amendments, there is this flood of irrelevant and emotional comments. The world and the internet is so jam packed with everyone screaming their OPINIONS on social media that the idea of what is a FACT is practically gone off this world. A LEGAL FACT is an objective piece of information that i am NOT the source of. There is some other previous source of which i located, dug for evidence surrounding, then published. These kinds of facts are essentially "the programming code behind how some system operates." In our nation, that "system" is the Constitution. My opinion has absolutely no sway upon these facts. I have opinions and i am clear about how those opinions may change or alter these facts in the future, BUT THEY ALSO MAY NOT. It's exhausting to see all the garbage that pours out over these objective facts. We need to actually understand these facts first, in order to do something effective regarding them. My hope is that i simply keep repeating these facts over and over again in different ways to attempt to exhaust the WORTHLESS emotional reaction people and PERSONS have to them so that we can evolve and become effective. This is all i can do.
