Hayley Sistrunk, P.E., serves as the Chief Preconstruction Manager at Brasfield and Gorrie. She leads preconstruction efforts across multiple divisions in their Heavy Civil Market Sector focusing on complex self-perform scopes with a variety of project delivery types.

Jordan Ross, P.E., serves as Preconstruction Executive for Hoar Construction, leading the preconstruction department in Florida. From sales and business development strategy to go/no-go decisions, he guides projects from initial concept all the way into construction.

Kaye Chancellor Davis, P.E., serves as Deputy Materials & Tests Engineer for the Alabama Department of Transportation – Bureau of Materials & Tests, where she helps lead three key divisions: Geotechnical, Pavement Management, and Materials (Pavement Design).

Derrick Vincent, P.E., serves as Vice President - Client Account Manager for Jacobs Solutions, where he leads development and execution of a comprehensive sales and growth strategy in Georgia—driving more than $75 million in annual revenue.

Joseph (Joey) Downey, P.E., is the South Region Director for Ardurra Group. He has spent more than 40 years serving municipal water and wastewater clients as a consulting engineer and industry subject matter expert.
