Yesterday’s result a reminder that Emery is an excellent coach at second/third-tier clubs. Villa haven’t won a trophy in 30 years and performances at Old Trafford have got worse with every season under Emery. He didn’t make the leap at Arsenal. Shouldn’t be considered by #mufc.

Abraham has started once (FA Cup) when Watkins has been fit. Clearly #AVFC's concerns about managing Watkins' knee are no longer. Emery picks him due to professionalism/work ethic, not just in games but in all areas, but this is simply the point in the season he has to produce
