AXIA Project Update 🧵 1/ A recent announcement was made in the AXIA community channels and via newsletter announcing an important review of the project. As a result of that review, which remains ongoing, all exchanges of AXC V1 Coins have been suspended.

3/ Calderwood has determined that an efficient wind-down is the most viable option to preserve value for stakeholders. Upon the commencement of the formal wind down, all stakeholders will be contacted and provided further details of how to participate in the claims process.

AXIA PROJECT MARCH UPDATE 1/ Calderwood has completed its review of the AXIA Project and has recommended that the AXIA entities begin an orderly wind down. Calderwood is working with its financial advisor, Alvarez & Marsal, on a comprehensive wind-down plan.

AXIA JANUARY PROJECT UPDATE 1/ Calderwood has reported that it is nearing the completion of its strategic review of the AXIA Project, which is anticipated to be finalized in the next three to four weeks.

4/ While the review is underway, exchanges of AXC V1 Coins remain suspended, as does the issuance of AXIA debit cards, gift cards and weekly burns of AXC Coins. Any existing AXC Coins will remain unaffected (whether held in AXIA Capital Bank accounts or in self-custody wallets).

AXIA PROJECT UPDATE 1/ We are pleased to announce that Calderwood, a fund governance and compliance firm headquartered in the Cayman Islands, has been engaged to provide independent governance services in connection with the previously announced review of the AXIA Project.

@AXIA_Network could we please receive an update on the review process that has been on going. At the moment we don’t have access to our debit cards, which is fine, but it would be nice to know a timeline. I’ve been invested since before the initial launch and this is worrisome.
