Led by CEO David Dennis (’91), Crusader Basketball, Inc is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization promoting youth basketball and life skills in New York City. With a core philosophy of 4-D’s… Desire, Determination, Dedication, and Discipline, David and his team of coaches and mentors offer intense basketball training grounded in lessons on self-esteem and sportsmanship. Using basketball “as the hook”, Crusader Basketball and its volunteers seek to expand the horizons of young people ages 7-18, providing a sports alternative to inner city boys and girls who are seeking a place to fit in and find joy.
