يا ليت نظام الإيفاد لأطباء العام الملتحقين بالبورد يلغى ويستبدل بنظام يضمن للطبيب العام رقم وظيفي مرجعي بلا تحمل تكاليف التدريب والرواتب في حال دخوله في برنامج بورد وتم انهاؤه بنجاح. حتى لا يكون عمله كطبيب عام خساره (فهو ضامن وظيفة مستقبلية) ولكن لازم يكون كفو ويجيب قبول البورد بكفاءته ويتم توفير العقود من الجهة التي تقبله. الكلام لا يعم الجميع طبعا فيوجد من هو كفو ولديه ايفاد والعكس صحيح طبعا ولكن وجهة نظري الشخصية أنه الأمور المالية اذا دخلت في شيء تفسد الجودة وأيضا حتى يصبح التنافس في البرامج كلها متقارب بقدر الإمكان. لو طبق غالبا بنشوف تحسن اضافي في الأداء والجودة المقدمة لخدمة المرضى. ولكن للاسف غالبا راح تقل المقاعد في حال تم تطبيقه.

I can’t believe that I’m in this place today, and I still have to do a night shift next Thursday 🫠

I always get confused between my MOH & NGHA badge numbers. Little did I know that this will continue for the next 5 years! ☺️
