@DeathMetalV Your a moron if you think world hunger is a thing. When first world countries are attacking farmers reducing land creating restrictions and then relying on other countries to produce. Where is this world hunger? The poor in SA are that way cause of the ANC and that will remain.

GB News has turned into the Reform channel. After a New World investigation found hundreds of breaches of the rules on accuracy and impartiality, Ofcom has failed to do its job and act. We've seen what Fox News has done to politics in the US. We can't let it happen here.

The British people don’t see America as a reliable ally anymore. Nor do the Germans, the French, or the Canadians. It’s time we ditch the yanks and become independent where possible and collaborate with European and Crown-Anglo allies where possible.

For crying out loud, stop whining about Churchill being replaced on banknotes. He's been on the fiver for a decade & banknotes are changed up every 10 years or so to help prevent counterfeiting. Stop pretending not to understand how things work to try and harvest anger online.

Before I was an MP, I worked on the current series of polymer banknotes at the Bank of England. So I know how decisions about our currency are made, and why they matter. Nigel Farage clearly doesn’t. What he conveniently ignores is that central banks regularly issue new banknote series. It’s how they stay ahead of counterfeiters and keep our currency secure. It’s technical. It’s essential. And it’s completely routine. So why is he manufacturing outrage? Because Farage and Reform UK have spent months attacking the Bank of England itself. They’ve demanded the Bank halt quantitative tightening. 💷 They’ve pushed to stop interest being paid on central bank reserves, which would completely destroy monetary policy transmission. ⚠️ And Farage has even suggested replacing the Governor with someone aligned to his agenda. Let’s be clear: Politicians leaning on central banks is how you spook markets and undermine confidence in the economy. Bank of England independence, brought in by the last Labour government, exists for a reason. To keep markets and household finances stable. I back the Bank to keep our currency secure, not to be dragged into political point-scoring. So if Farage spent half as much time understanding how the Bank works as he does attacking it, we’d hear a lot less of this nonsense. ❌
Nigel Farage MP@Nigel_Farage

The Bank of England is replacing Winston Churchill with a picture of a beaver on our bank notes. This is the definition of woke.

I did a post saying that we shouldn’t let the media divide us and that I love Muslims. As a result, the far right are outraged and saying I’m woke. They are unfollowing. They are basically the same as the far left. The left wokie snowflakes began getting super offended at everything and being outraged if you didn’t agree. But the people opposing them, are now doing the same. What happened to having a beer with somebody you didn’t agree with? People are spending too long being brainwashed by the media / social media, that they forget how to operate in the real world. Focus on doing good, making money, loving others and being true to your values, that’s it. I’m so exhausted from the left vs right constant outrage both sides. Relax, snowflakes.

@MarinaPurkiss No ot drastically increased the bills yo a point where now its competing with fossil fuels. Which should be a lot cheaper. Energy costs should be less then 50% of what they have become. Insanity to think people believe non-sense like mining heavy metals is easier than coal.

FACTS: Net Zero barely nudges your bill. Fossil‑fuel wars send it through the roof. So when Farage and his ilk slags off renewables while fanning conflict, remember who actually hikes your costs.

We must make it clear to all whom we welcome in our beautiful country including the new US ambassador. That South Africa’s international relations policy will not be dictated to by anyone else but South Africans and their government. Threats of investors pulling out such as Amazon, Google, VISA and Microsoft are unfounded. These companies came to the G20 even though the Trump administration didn’t show up. US companies are confident in the South African economy as seen by Walmart recently entering the South African market. South Africa is open for business and is a safe destination for global companies to do business. We reiterate that South Africa believes in a multipolar world which respects international law and international institutions that support a system of multilateralism.

@steven_pifer Well the biden administration made it clear that they would not act decisively should Russia attack. Only reason Putin made the move. Kamala saying Ukraine should join Nato was an instigating factor. They planned to funnel and steal funds from the start.

1) Most weapons transferred to Ukraine came from older stocks, with Congressionally-approved funds used to buy more modern weapons for US military. 2) Unlike Trump, Biden understood that Russian victory would have negative consequences for key US interests.
Polymarket Intel@PolymarketIntel

White House: Unfortunately, we had a very stupid and incompetent leader in this White House for four years who gave away many of our best weapons for free to another country very far away by the name of Ukraine. Trump was pointing out that was an unwise decision.
