@AbshireSTEM
Welcome to the Twitter page for Aberdeenshire Primary Science and STEM.

My last day as the RAiSE Primary Science DO for Ab'shire! Thank you for your support & collaboration. Your enthusiasm for STEM has made my time as PSDO a very rewarding one. I have met so many inspiring people & have learnt so much. It has been a real privilege. @RaiseScotland

Thank you @AberdeenshireLL for letting us borrow some @SkrivaStylus this year. P4-7 had lots of fun using them across the curriculum! Have a look at some of what we got up to!

What a fantastic year it has been for RAiSE! Huge thanks to our wonderful PSDOs and to all the amazing practitioners who have engaged with the programme so far. Check out our key highlights in this video – biteable.com/watch/4212926/… Excited to see what next year brings! #STEMNation

P5.6 have been presenting their homework projects. They chose a part of the Human Body to learn about its’ function, location & how we can look after it. Amazing to see how much our presentation skills have progressed over the year. I am super impressed with the dedication too!

I have created a booklet of all of the @microbit_edu retro game making worksheets I have shared on X this year including pacman, mario kart, flappy bird, space invaders, parachute & more! Download the booklet for free here: drive.google.com/file/d/1SyCxN4…

P3/4 have been taking their maths outside, drawing and labelling fractions.

📢BIG NEWS!📢 We're pleased to announce the launch of our STEM Context Planners created by teachers, for teachers with potential STEM learning activities for contexts across Early,1st and 2nd Levels. STEM Context Planners – blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/glowblogs/stem… @SSERCprimary
