Beyond exasperation with @britishairways. Have spent nearly 3 hours trying to talk to someone to sort out a booking/ seat problem they have made. Cut off by them 5 times! Great way to win customers! Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Anyone else sick to the back teeth with @Barclays useless app for paying in cheques? It constantly tells me to retake photos of cheques, having already accepted one taken in the exact same conditions. No good telling me to visit the branch to pay in when the sodding thing's shut
