My job is to help improve government services so that they better meet the needs of people. I am currently in year two of trying to get my son medicaid, and am blown away at how confusing and heartbreaking this process is. @NYSOPWDD be better, hire a UX Designer.

@samedelstein It was a great way to clear my head before or after work. Also, in many other less car-centric cities a five block walk to work is unheard of.

@samedelstein @Syracuse1848 @NeilMBurke I was just talking to Kalamazoo about this! And more specifically, sidewalk snow removal aspect of the program. It's never to early to start thinking about snow.

You never realize how important your infrastructure is until it breaks. This is a great way to keep things working.
