Dear @advocatehealth, PRETTY PLEASE 🙏🏻 stop wasting my time going through your call center, I spend more than 10 minutes on average sitting on those calls just to have your operators argue w/ me, when all I want to do is return the office call that I missed 3 minutes ago!!!!!!

US Healthcare system is an absolute fucking joke. I have called @advocatehealth 3 times (each time they said I would get a response in 24hrs) to fill a retinol cream I been using since was 20. Each time they said they sent it as “HIGH PRIORITY” and I never got a call back. 😡

@advocatehealth it has been 7 days since I’ve requested my fathers medical records. Sherman hospital doesn’t seem to want to give them to me regardless of all the proper documentation and paperwork being filled out. Sherman Hospitals medical records department refuses to answer

The coverup: In trying to get a CT scan from @advocatehealth Christ for more than a year, they did not produce the CT scan disc to prove excessive force, concussion and retrograde amnesia. In doing so, they violated laws against concealing evidence and obstruction of justice.

@advocatehealth Condell Medical Center at 801 S Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048 might be able to host Ramadan Iftars, but they can’t hide the hypocrisy and mistreatment when they don’t even provide food for their guests.
