@King_9kk I keep my compounds first too but i usually work up for all my exercises. Its pretty quick tho, like I’ll do 3 reps at 50%, 2 at 75% and 1 at 90% then go to my working set

I don’t trust you if you don’t warm up before jumping into an exercise. Wdym you walk into the gym and put plates on the bar right away??

@privhattt That works cuz of the rotator cuff movements, i do dynamic stretches and then what you described

@Aevorinth I warm up with the exercise itself tbh, few rotator cuff movements then jump straight into the exercise and build up to working weight

@Aevorinth The method is to subtly guilt trip them, I’m a fan of asking them to have it ready at a time slightly after you arrive so that you have to wait a bit and they feel bad swiveling the iPad but some of them don’t feel emotion so inconsistent
