A mistrial was declared in the Rashaun Jones murder case after the jury was deadlocked on the charges. Jones is accused of killing his former University of Miami football teammate Bryan Pata in 2006. A new trial date has not been announced.

The Karen Read trial was a really good experience to track for those interested in the justice system. But ngl, the post trial drama and characters are enough to create a spin off show, and I don’t think that’s a good thing

WOW - Colin Gray's 14-yr-old daughter just blew up the defense with her testimony. She testified that he (Colin) knew about the Nikolas Cruz photos on Colt's wall and knew who Cruz was. He knew Colt was not mentally well, and when word came out about the lockdown/shooting, Colin asked Jenni to downplay what he knew. Jury sent out. Defense is arguing a discovery violation. I didn’t even planning on watching the Faust case. I just clicked on Cathy’s notification of a new trial starting that day and turned it on to have something on the TV. 4 weeks later, and I’m sitting here devastated
