The team, the process and the research values 💡Yesterday, we had an away day to work together and brainstorm important topics, including the values that we hold as a team. This is a really worthwhile process, especially when it results in baked goods and better research!

These results indicate that in the first year of gender-affirming hormone use, insomnia and sleep quality do not significantly change. However, she finds small changes in deep sleep and dream sleep in those using testosterone. She also finds changes in preferred bedtimes!

Last week, NRC published an interview with our Postdoctoral researcher @HormonoGo! In her PhD, Margot studied the effects of gender-affirming hormones on sleep, and in this interview she discussed the results of the studies in her PhD.
