$HTOO filing yesterday. Look at the "use of proceeds" section. It is to complete a condition of the HTOO purchase of $QIND that was agreed to in Nov '24. The swap out should be beneficial to QIND shareholders. HTOO is also making moves that should significantly grow its share price.

Nice acquisition deal for $HTOO with benefits to $QIND too. They are acquiring 75% of Royal Uranium which has an enterprise value near C&366M. Market cap of HTOO is $8M. Am I missing something? Looks good.
