On Thanksgiving Day 1991, Omaima Nelson bludgeoned her allegedly abusive husband Bill to death — then purportedly chopped him up, cooked his head, and fried his hands. At trial, Nelson's psychiatrist even testified that she confessed that right after murdering her husband, she put on red shoes, a red hat, and red lipstick before cooking his ribs in barbeque sauce and eating them, declaring, "It's so sweet!" And while Nelson repeatedly denied eating her husband, when asked what the purpose of cooking him was, she refused to answer.
