A man is demanding compensation from the Ablekuma West Municipal Assembly following a demolition exercise that destroyed a structure he claims was worth about GH¢5 billion.
According to the man, he only sold alcohol in the structure and not hard drugs such as marijuana or cocaine, insisting he sees no justification for the demolition.
He added that during the exercise, he lost GH¢6,800 in cash, speakers, and a laptop that were all inside the structure.
