Amid ongoing reports of torture, abuse, and unfair trials in detention, Al-Mezan urges urgent international action to stop implementation, ensure accountability, and uphold human rights.

The law applies only to Palestinians labeled as “terrorists,” mandates execution within 90 days, and in most cases makes the death penalty obligatory. Al-Mezan says it violates international law and could constitute a war crime under the Rome Statute.
