First ever mention of #bitcoin 4 Year Cycle on YouTube was my video Dec 2018. Now there are 5+ videos a week on topic. With some horrible uneducated takes. I normally do a video once every 2+ months, but with recent ATH, time for one this week. What questions do you have?

Good Morning. There are 4 new things in THIS #Bitcoin cycle: 1. We closed the bear cycle with a drop below the previous all time high. 2. We have a new ATH close above $69,000 and are working for a decisive close above $69,500 before the halving. 3. The ETF’s are driving daily purchasing demand from $30m/day prior to $300m/day after. 4. Supply on exchanges is going down, not up. This cycle is completely and utterly different and when supply and demand dynamics change, you must forget previous cycle analysis. Or at-least suspend belief in anything you think you learned. This is a new beast and all your old expectations have be reassessed. Approach this with fresh energy or get wrecked.

When #Bitcoin’s market price was low, they wrote literally thousands of articles about our supposed losses. Now that #Bitcoin’s market price is way up, if we were to sell, we would make a profit of over 40% (just from the market purchases), and our main source of BTC is now our citizenship program. We won’t sell, or course; at the end 1 BTC = 1 BTC (this was true when the market price was low and it’s true now); but it’s very telling that the authors of those hit pieces, the “analysts”, the “experts”, the “journalists”, are totally silent now. Remember this, next time they spill lies again about El Salvador.

The damage is done now, weekly cycle topped. Mid February best case for lows IMO if it’s a price rout. March is best cycle timing for low. Good to see some fear build up over time.

I'm buying the blood in crypto and adding to my bags. Whenever in doubt, zoom out. Sentiment is bad, feels "FTXish", Barry is dumping, Mt Gox is dumping blah blah blah and all you got left is "conviction" There are plenty of tailwinds from election year, refinancing of debt, btc halving, eth etf, policy bias +++++++++++++ Most of all, we just started trending up in liquidity. We are ONLY 23 days into 2024. You have the next 1 - 2 years to make a lot of money. Don't screw this up. 10X ~ 100X is not easy. It's the price you pay for volatility. No leverage, No Fomo, No greed. Buy in on conviction. That's all.

@dcinvestor @RaoulGMI I'm from Spain and my grandma lived up to 104 years old. She ate mainly organic foods from her orchard, always had a little siesta after lunch and stress levels were really low plus she didn't have to experience crypto volatility which I think reduces our lifespans by 15 years 🙃

one possibility is the skinny people from privileged populations who live a long time purely benefit from genetics while the best chance for average people with average genes is to build muscle, build VO2 Max, etc. regardless of longevity, it likely improves quality of life as you age for many/most

Random post on longevity: There is a US-based school of thought that longevity requires higher muscle mass, higher protein, HIIT, alcohol free, ice baths, supplements, 15% body fat, highly discipline-based lifestyle to live longer. While the evidence is that the longest living populations don’t share those attributes at all. None of except for HK are high protein, most have moderate alcohol consumption and many eat meat rarely and none go to the gym to build muscle mass. They tend to be actively mobile with moderate but frequent heart rate increase, high vitamin D from sun or fish, high vegetable consumption and very varied diet. They tend to be slimmer to a bit overweight in old age ,highly mobile take no supplements. I observed this in Spain where I lived for 19 years and have had a house for 25 years. I’m sure the truth to even further life extension lies somewhere in between and definitely with lower refined sugars, seed oils and ultra-processed food and mobility and agility plus social structures. I prefer a rather low carb diet, some supplements, all natural food, etc but the obsession with excessive muscle building and neo-Puritanism feels misguided even. Sure, offsetting muscle atrophy of age and a sedentary lifestyle is good (I.e being in decent shape). Also most of the longevity studies of the new school of thought is based on biogenetic studies of mice and has not been shown in broader, long living human populations. Just talking out loud and was interested in people’s thoughts as something feels off in the Huberman, Attia etc approach taken in extremis.

On my mind this week why I'm not worried: 🔶 plenty of $GBTC sell rumours FUD reminds me of FTX dumping sol. Normies reacting to FUD and price reverses UP 🔶 Expansion by Global Central Banks pretty nuts. 6.6% average compared to 1% in 2023 and -5% in 2022. While there will be pockets of pause, overall is still UP 🔶 China economy doing shit. GOOD. More Massive printing to start before Chinese new year. 🔶After a big run $btc and $eth. A much needed pause is needed to consolidate. My preference is $btc chop for 1 month to let alts rally like the one in Dec. It's always a rotation and always position yourself before the rotation, NOT DURING. 🔶 Being bearish is the stupidest normie shit to do now. We have Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock, THE LARGEST ASSET MANAGER in the world shilling tokenization last week. It's a matter of time RWA project run hard. As you can see from my porfolio, I'm positioned for that. 🔶 After researching on various AI projects and zooming in one finally one. I decided to drop it 😑It doesn't come close to $olas why should I choose 2nd best. Focus. 🔶 Tradfi - Since taking profits call, tradfi continue to underperform. Exited $UNG trade ( I’ve explained before ) $rivn re-entry will be near earnings call. To be frank, I couldn’t care less what happens in tradfi.
