On International Women’s Day, Alchemy Renewable Energy wants to honor the hard-working women in the solar industry. The Solar Jobs Census reported that women hold 26% of solar-related jobs, and we are proud that almost 50% of our Alchemy team is comprised of women!

His mission for providing clean energy for America was the foundation for solar energy today. The most recent extension of the ITC allows for investment in renewable energy and contributes to providing cleaner energy, furthering the vision placed by President Carter in 1978.

After passing the Energy Tax Act, President Carter installed 32 solar panels on the White House roof. He dignified the value of solar energy by saying the installment was “a small part of one of the greatest and most exciting adventures ever undertaken by the American people.”
