@SerdaMaciej There is an option using the PearkinElmener Signals ELN (usually included in the ChemOffice package) not only allows you to extract ChemDraw schemes from a Word document but also from all files in a directory. I moved from PC to Mac on the last year of my PhD, no problem at all

I recently changed PC into MacBook. Fast question: how to edit chemical figures/schemes in World document using ChemDraw? Why there is no option? If the picture was earlier pasted into world document from ChemDraw??

The other day I had a reaction that stalled at 20% after 24h. I had a hunch that the reaction was not degassed properly, bubbled nitrogen for 15 minutes and got the reaction going again.
That Chemist@That_Chemist

One of the hardest things to explain as a chemist to a non-chemist is that you get a good gut feeling for how long certain reactions will take on new combinations of reactants, so you can guess how long to let them go for before you analyze them or work them up
