After an early hiccup, it was total domination from the Mechanicville boys basketball team in Tuesday's Class B sub-regional tilt with Saranac Lake. The Red Storm jumped out to a quick, 10-2 advantage, but the Red Raiders countered with a 15-0 run that gave them a lead they would never relinquish. Almost the entire Mechanicville starting five reached double figures in scoring, but it was the big man @chris_couser leading the charge with a 23-12 double-double. Mechanicville is off to the Class B Regional Final. The Red Raiders took down Section VII champ Saranac Lake 70-42. Down 10-2 to start, @MechanicvilleCS closed the half on a 34-10 run and wouldn't look back. Chris Couser led the way with 23 points. @Sect2BoysHoopNY @AlexLilac
