@HarryDCrane @stoolpresidente CAWs aren’t beating the market, they are the market. It’s not ‘inside info’ about horses, it’s inside access to the tote, latency, rebates, direct lines. More akin to HFT, certainly not handicapping

Here's an idea. Give @stoolpresidente the same partnerships, same rebates, same data connections, and the same supposed inside information that the CAWs have.
He'll lose 100x more money, 100x faster.

If you own a track you shouldn’t be allowed to own or partner with any CAW. You should not give them any info or advantages that other gamblers don’t receive. I’m not sure it’s illegal yet, but there is no doubt it’s dirty, unethical and morally corrupt and ruining the sport
