Non ho una foto per fare un confronto, ma volevo flexare il fatto che da inizio dicembre ad oggi sono a - 11,5 kg e a -15,5 rispetto al 2021. Se l’ho fatto io, considerata la mia situazione clinica, ci riescono davvero tutti, è solamente un lavoro di testa.
