@AllstateCanada you either need to hire more staff or figure something out for customer service because this one hour and two minute wait times on the phone are ridiculous. This is garbage service. This is why I’m cancelling and going elsewhere.

@AllstateCanada Yes I am aware of this I called 2x being told it will be mailed but my upset is I had to do the work to follow through to get my renewal. In the past I never had to run after my renewal I got it mid mth. cost of living high I urgently wanted it as there is always an increase .

@AllstateCanada is it normal that a Car Insurance renewal due on the 2nd April has not been mailed out even after numerous calls & no renewal online on my account. The charge will be 20% higher in 2026-2027. Is this delay a trap for the client to accept increase without a say??

@AllstateCanada 2026 and still no anti theft policy! Your raise people's rates using theft as a excuse. Even if you have a clean record. I installed a top of line immobilizer, costing $1600. I didn't get 1 cent discount. Knowing my vehicle will not get stolen.
