@AllSole are frauds. Charged me £9.99 delivery for an item, sent the wrong size and now won't accept any wrongdoing. Terrible company and their customer service operators don't even read messages/investigate properly before they reply. Will keep spreading the word on this.

@AllSole item returned over 4 weeks ago. Zero communication and funds have not been refunded. 4 weeks with nothing. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company. I feel like theft has happened

@Allsole_CS I ordered boots from your site on Nov 30. 8 days later, it wasn't shipped, so I requested a cancellation through your site, but got no response. Dec 10, I got an email saying it shipped, but Royal mail hasn't yet received it. Can you help me ensure it's cancelled?
