This is extremely real. Do everything in your power to not lose your spark. Simple routines make a big difference.

Treat your routine as a priority. You have no idea what a structured life can do to you, especially if your career is centered on decisions-making skills. Trading is a good example of that. Keep your mind in check, so you can act without any irrational interference.
