What shipped today: → Loading skeletons across the app Feels noticeably smoother now, even I enjoy using it more than yesterday → Internal optimizations (nothing visible, but the foundation matters)

So I studied. Applied what I could. Updated the SEO to reflect yesterday's new features. I'll keep sharing what I learn as I go — the marketing side is just as much a build in public as the product itself.

The other thing I did today: started learning marketing from scratch. I'm a builder, not a marketer. Cold DMs, SEO, positioning — none of this came naturally to me.

Day 3 update — timetrackpro.co 📊 Honest numbers: 💰 MRR: $0 👤 Paying customers: 0 📝 Signups: 5 (+2 today) Intentionally. Yesterday shipped 2 versions back to back. Today was about testing, QA, and making sure what's live actually works before adding more.

I started this because I believe the money freelancers pay for tools should actually be worth it. Still a long way to go. But moving. Feedback always welcome
