A satisfying afternoon as the lads delivered an 8–1 win against a side that’s had plenty to say and in the past, the better of us.

From the first whistle, the standard was set. MD was relentless, helping himself to four goals in a top-class display. Zack Riding added two excellent finishes, Fabio De Sousa made an immediate impact off the bench with a goal, and it was brilliant to see Cecil Attefah get his first paddock goal.
At the back, things were just as strong. Cass Williams earns a fully deserved Man of the Match for a faultless, composed performance that kept everything under control.
