Not @AmazonFresh forgetting to pack an item and when I called to request a refund demanded I fill out an 'incident report'. Nah, no thanks. I don't do Indian scammers. 🙄

Fuck @AmazonFresh you cancelled my order without even asking what refund method. Last time I had a hold from Amazon it took over a week for the processing charge to clear. I would have taken the credit to my account to reorder the groceries I NEED. I'm canceling my subscription.

I swear...every @amazonfresh order where I dare to order bananas and white bread in the same order results in whoever is packing the items throwing the bananas on top of the bread. The last 4 or so times. Not to mention all the missing items! Anyone else have this problem?!

So my @Amex just got skimmed at the local @AmazonFresh here in Alexandria, Virginia. So I called Amazon Fresh to let them know, and I asked to speak to the manager to let him know. It turns out the manager is in the Philippines! And he didn’t know what a skimmer was! Unreal.

Hey @AmazonFresh the delivery was one stop away when it was going to be delivered between 7:50pm to 8:50pm. Now, it's still one stop away and apparently going to be delivered between 8:15-9:15pm? It's 8:45pm and it was supposed to be delivered between 8-9pm....is this normal?

@AmazonFresh they are always out of sale items - or they forget items and it's a huge hassle to get a refund - it has happened on my last 3 orders

@AmazonFresh I checked out at Amazon fresh store and tried to use palm one I’ve been using palm one at Whole Foods Why doesn’t it work at Amazon Fresh? It’s all Palm One It would be a real nuisance if the Palm Ones are different This makes no sense What gives?

@AmazonFresh I have had months of trouble with the Moorpark California Amazon Fresh. They consistently have excuses for why they don’t have rotisserie chicken for the day. They use these excuses- we don’t have chicken,don’t have bags to put the chicken in, no workers, oven down.

@AmazonFresh Being charged £96 for a shopping trip I did not do. I picked up nothing and now being charged for someone else’s shopping trip. Customer service is unhelpful and will no longer be using Amazon Fresh. I need my refund.
