@AmeySupport can you explain why I am still waiting for a new shower to be fitted in my SFA 18 days after my current one was isolated. No communication from the team & being ignored through the help desk when emailing. And don’t tell me it’s ok because we have a bath #sortitout

@Ameyplc these are outstanding - the drains along our road are blocked to the top with plants growing from them. I have reported numerous times and they are still blocked with silt - the water doesn't drain off it goes to the bottom of the hill were a mini flood occurs.

We have reported this via @TraffordCouncil and nothing has been done. We are paying a huge amount of Council tax for these services. @AmeySupport - can you confirm what right of address we have here? It is the same person every time and we can provide a description if required.

@Ameyplc, your local contractors in Wales are cowboys. They came to replace patio slabs and filled them with concrete, unblocked a drain leaving sewage around my house. Now they have left me with no shower for 2 weeks because their electrician in the area is on holiday.
