@ampknocka @Ekie0 Not only is there not a need for 2 black panthers, it does nothing for her character and actively regresses it, it potentially dilutes the meaning behind being the black panther, and it further implies she’ll never be anything but backup T’challa, something no one wants

@ampknocka @Ekie0 Her being black panther becomes a problem when 1. That’s her past, a job she’s not interested in nor was even that good at in comparison to her brother who’s still around and willing and 2. The goddess she would be serving and representing doesn’t even like her like that

I don’t think she has any actual fans, which is a shame since she absolutely would if they stopped trying to make her Black Panther lite and simply pushed her as the griot and had her interact with the mystical side of marvel alongside dr voodoo, strange, Wanda etc

@AnarchyKng Killmonger doesn't even show up in every run, and isn't really overused at all. In fact, he is underutilised and should have his own solos beyond one miniseries

I’m getting sick of this nigga, someone said he’s like T’challa’s bane and I agree but what separates bane from killmonger I feel is that Batman comics acknowledge his other villains, Bp uses him too much and needs to slow down so that his appearances have more weight

@paydaybagman616 The problem is that black panther doesn’t get solo’s all that often in general, and everytime he does killmonger is likely to show up, he had no reason to be there in Coates BP intergalactic over someone like Achebe or Hunter

@AnarchyKng Killmonger hasn't bee present in t'challa comics since 2021. Before that, Killmonger had last been used in 2008. He doesn't have that many appearances or interactions outside of Black Panther books

Only thing this character has ever done that was even half way interesting to me was be an example of how the different tribes in wakanda have their own beliefs and religions that clash with the panthers who seem to constantly be the rulers, outside of that, he’s mediocre
